Bradford Council, Tour de Yorkshire Community Animation small grants, deadline 23 March 2018

6 March 2018

Community and cultural groups can apply for up to £300 from Bradford Council's Community Animation small grants to celebrate the tour passing through the district and their locality. This could include for example; a music event, film screening, banners, murals and creative displays.

"Priority will be given to applications received from groups who want to deliver activities/events to animate areas that are on the Tour de Yorkshire, Bradford district route. Although areas not on the route are equally encouraged to apply with the aim that we want every area across the district to celebrate the district hosting a finish as part of this annual prestigious Yorkshire event."

"Special consideration will be given to particular target groups including the elderly, youth, ethnic minorities, unemployed, special needs organisations, and to particular communities (e.g. inner city areas, council estates), and for new starts and innovatory schemes."
