Outcomes-based Commissioning - Bradford
There is a full day's training to support organisations that have some experience of working on outcome-based delivery at Bradford CVS on Thursday 8 July.
The course explores:
- backward-mapping techniques based on theory of change
- developing a structured approach to identifying SMART outcomes
- linking outcomes to monitoring and measuring impact
It is suitable for organisations that have some experience of outcomes-based work and that wish to develop their expertise in this area.
Participants will learn to:
- distinguish between inputs, outputs and outcomes
- understand the relationship between outcomes and targets
- identify indicators for measuring wider impact of outcomes
- construct SMART outcomes for their organisation
The course will run from 10am-4pm in the Mabel Booth Room.
The trainer is Judy Yacoub from fit4funding, The cost is £40 for voluntary and community organisations and £80 for statutory organisations.
