Eligible businesses creating employment in Bradford city centre can receive rate relief incentives worth up to £16,000 per job.
The Priority Streets Scheme forms part of the City Centre Business Growth Scheme. It is a targeted scheme – Darley Street, Kirkgate, Rawson Square & Rawson Place. The Scheme is available to property owners or tenants in the identified Priority Streets wanting to bring vacant ground floor premises with an indentified end user back into commercial use.
The Priority Streets Scheme offers a package of assistance to include property improvements and/or the purchase of machinery or equipment along with a business rate rebate (subject to job creation).
