Does your group need to write a business plan? Not sure where to start?
The aim of this course is to enable learners from voluntary and community groups to understand the purpose, stages, key elements and uses of business plans.
At the end of the session learners will be able to:
- Distinguish between different types of plan
- Identify the phases of development and implementation
- Draft specimen content in key sections of a plan
- Comment on how to make effective use of their plan
There will be an additional piece of course work to achieve the Open College Network accreditation.
