It's important to keep checking your progress and reviewing how successful your efforts have been. Things often don’t work out the way you think they will at the beginning – you may need to make changes!
To check progress, you need a clear idea of what you expect to happen. A simple list of dates and tasks that you have agreed works well – an action plan. When agreeing the action plan, include what needs doing, who will be doing it, and by when:
