Asset Based Community Development grants, new funds for Wharfedale

18 April 2019

Bradford VCS Alliance has announced that new funding is available for projects in the Wharfedale area thanks to a new agreement with Wharfedale Community Partnership.

Local community groups will be able to apply for £250 to £500 from Asset Based Community Development grants Wharfedale to support their own project to meet the health and wellbeing needs within a specific area. "Organisations can apply for more than one grant if they have access to a number of different community groups. The key focus is for local community groups to have an ownership of the opportunity.

"This funding is for the Wharfedale area only (Ilkley, Silsden, Burley in Wharfedale, and Addingham).

"The project will run until the end of August 2019.

"The funding pot currently stands at £10,000 for this 6 month period."
